Ham Loaf

Ingredients

2 lbs ground ham

1 lb ground pork

1 cup oatmeal

1 cup milk

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 eggs beaten

GLAZE:

1 1/2 cups brown sugar

1 tablespoon dry mustard

1/2 cup vinegar

1/2 cup water

Directions

Combine glaze ingredients and cook for 5 minutes. Set aside.
Mix all loaf ingredients and form into loaf shape. Bake at 325 degrees for 2-2 1/2 hours. Glaze and bake 30 minutes longer.
